For a couple of years now we have annualy done a road trip to a friends cabin in Dalarna.
M on my Honda CB900F Hornet, and him on his Aprilia Tuono 1000.
On the way we made a stop at Sulas and did a test ride on a new Honda Hornet 750 and the Yamaha T7, I was kind of a bit dissapointed with both.
The new Hornet 750 felt like a toy, much like others in the same category, but I did really like the new engine, all in all I think its a great bike for a great price, but, to me its a bit lacking in… substance. I have spent some time with the old 600 Hornet, which I really like, that one feels like a “real” bike.
The T7 front end was really soft and bouncy, the engine ran out of steam too quickly, and the dispaly felt really dated.
We also had time to take a little boat trip, even tho there was a lot of ice still on the lake.
